eBECAS version 9 is a very fast and responsive LAN based Student Adminstration system that can be licensed up to 250 concurrent users. The price is based on the concurrent number of college administrative users.
$2,000 initial supply and setup (includes 2 hours via the internet which can be used for installation or training).
- 1 user pack - $1,500 annual license i.e. $1500 per year
- 2 user pack - $2,000 annual license i.e. $1000 per user per year
- 5 user pack - $3,500 annual license i.e. $700 per user per year
- 10 user pack - $6,000 annual license i.e. $600 per user per year
- eBECAS licensed user above 10 users, are available in multiples of 5 users at $600 per user per year
The annual license includes updates during the year and support for bugs, which are reported by email (screen shots and a zipped backup of the database). We usually will get back to you within 24 hours. If necessary we will connect to your computers to assist, and this service is included in the annual license.
You can upgrade at any time by paying the pro-rata annual license and any difference between what you paid initially and the standard rate for the number of users

Agent publish - $1000 per annum (Publish your agent contact details and integrate with your website)
Avetmiss and / or Vsr (Australian Government returns) - $1000 per annum or for more than 5 eBECAS licensed users additional $200 per user per year
Student Web Portal for access via the internet for all College Students - for a College with 5 or less eBECAS licensed users additional $1000 per annum, for more than 5 users additional $100 per user per year
Training can be via the internet at $150 per hour or we can provide on site training at $1000 plus travel and costs from Brisbane for a 7 hour day.
Data Load We can separately quote for conversion and loading of your existing data.
All user workstations should be running Windows XP Professional, Vista or Windows 7 and have Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010 installed.
