eBECAS version 7 is a very fast and responsive LAN based Student Adminstration system that can be licensed up to 250 concurrent users. The price is based on the concurrent number of college administrative users.
Pricing
- $3,000 (for supply, setup and install and includes
2 hours via the internet which can be used for setup and training).
** EA and ACPET member special $1,000 for installation/setup **
- 1 user $1,500 per year annual license
- 2 user $1,000 per user per year annual license (2 users x $1,000) = $2,000
- 5 (or more users in multiples of 5 users) $600 per user per year annual
license (5 users x $600) = $3,000
The annual license includes updates during the year and support for bugs, which are reported by email (screen shots and a zipped backup of the database). We usually will get back to you within 24 hours. If necessary we will connect to your computers to assist, and this service is included in the annual license.
You can upgrade at any time by paying the pro-rata annual license and any difference between what you paid initially and the standard rate for the number of users
Training can be via the internet at $150 per hour or we can provide on site training at $1000 plus travel and costs from Brisbane for a 7 hour day.
Data Load We can separately quote for conversion and loading of your existing data.
All user workstations should be running Windows XP Professional, Vista or Windows 7 and have Microsoft Office installed (Office 2003/2007/2010).
