eBECAS has a multitude of reports in different formats and filters with most reports having the option to merge to excel so colleges can produce information in the way they want. Equator IT understands the importance of branding and colleges producing documents in their own format and style. No other software on the market will allow you total customization for every document you send out. eBECAS uses the functionality of Microsoft Word and bookmarks to allow you to totally customize all documents.

eBECAS and Microsoft Word enables every College to tailor and design all documents. Many other software systems have significant limitations on the exported data or how the documents are produced and will not allow you to add your own information. eBECAS and Equator IT allows you to design and add things like logos, and style information. Equator IT does not use this pricing model. eBECAS is licensed by the number of concurrent users running eBECAS. eBECAS does not charge per enrolment or offer. Throughout eBECAS you can make unlimited entries and changes with no additional cost. Other systems are deceptive as you find yourself paying much more than expected and your College is unable to budget accurately. Some other systems charge additional fees every time a change is made - when a student extended, the student changed start date or changed courses! We want you to have complete and accurate information and do not penalise you for keeping student data up to date. Equator IT offers eBECAS at a fixed installation and yearly license charge. Equator IT wants your College to know exactly what the budget cost is to install and continue to run eBECAS. eBECAS is licensed for by concurrent users numbers. This means that you can ensure you provide access to eBECAS to your staff. With eBECAS your college can use the full product comprehensively with out fear of being charged for hidden extras. College staff user numbers can be increased at any time in multiples of 5 users and if you are already using eBECAS, a pro-rated charge is applied for the new users.
